Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 pkg. dry Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream (It always gets partially mixed in when I do this)
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix onion through salt and pepper

Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.

Cover with:
sour cream and cheese

Bake at 400* for 30 minutes
