Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 pkg. dry Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- salt & pepper
- 1 cup sour cream (It always gets partially mixed in when I do this)
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix onion through salt and pepper
Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
Cover with:
sour cream and cheese
Bake at 400* for 30 minutes
