Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 Cup butter
• 3/4 Cup white sugar
• 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 t baking soda
• 2 1/4 Cup flour
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 t hot water
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 bag chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Pre Heat oven to 375

in a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment place all ingredients except chocholate chips and mix well.

using a spatula fold in the chips.

Using a disher place cookies 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
