Donna's Apple Cake

Ingredients

• FROSTING:
• 3 cups diced apples
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 cup nuts
• 2 cups flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup packed brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Mix frosting ingredients and cook for 5 minutes and pour over cake while hot. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes more.
