- boneless, skinless Tyson or Perdue Chicken breasts

Poke holes in both sides of chicken breasts with a fork, place in a large zip-lock baggie, drench them with Kraft Zesty Italian dressing (DO NOT SUBSTITUTE) then place on a very hot grill for 2 minutes, rotate for another 2 minutes then turn the heat down and flip. Cook to an internal temp of 160 degrees and remove from the heat NOW. Tent, allow to rest for 10 - 15 minutes before serving. I have never had a dry breast since I adopted this method. I use boneless, skinless Tyson or Perdue and I get compliments each time I serve them. I have actually froze them in the marinade for up to a couple of months and the result is fantastic. I have marinated for a min of 6 hours and have marinated for up to 3 days, again the result is fantastic.
