Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. (16oz.) Ricotta
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • Orange zest from 1 orange (or 1/2 teaspoon pure orange extract)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease a 2 quart casserole baking dish.

Cook spaghetti al dente, then mix in all the ingredients. Place in the greased casserole. Sprinkle top with some additional cinnamon.

Bake for 40 minutes, until center is dry and top is golden brown. Let cool before serving. Refrigerate afterwards.
