Beef Ravioli and Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 28 ounces Beef Broth
  • 1 lb. Fresh Beef Ravioli
  • 1 pn Ground Nutmeg
  • 6 ounces Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Chives, snipped

Preparation

Step 1

1. In medium saucepan, bring broth to boil. Add ravioli and nutmeg.

2. Return to slow boil and cook 10 minutes, until ravioli is al dente. Just before serving, stir spinach into broth.

3. Ladle into bowls and garnish with chives.
