ounces Beef Broth
lb. Fresh Beef Ravioli
pn Ground Nutmeg
ounces Fresh Baby Spinach
tablespoons Fresh Chives, snipped
1. In medium saucepan, bring broth to boil. Add ravioli and nutmeg. 2. Return to slow boil and cook 10 minutes, until ravioli is al dente. Just before serving, stir spinach into broth. 3. Ladle into bowls and garnish with chives.
