Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bottled Asian ginger sesame salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups shredded cabbage(1/2 of a medium head), packaged shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix), or packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 3 ounce package chicken-flavor ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Step 1
For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine Asian dressing and peanut butter. Cover and shake well, adding 1 to 2 tablespoons water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
In a large bowl combine cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds. Break noodles into small pieces (save seasoning packet for another use) and add to cabbage mixture. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Sprinkle with peanuts.
