Ingredients
- for peach puree:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 16-ounce bag frozen peaches (thawed)
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- for strawberry or blueberry:
- 16-ounce bag of berries (thawed)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Cool completely.
for peach puree:
puree thawed peaches with zest and 1/2 cup of the sugar syrup. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and transfer to a bottle or jar.
for berry puree:
puree thawed berries in blender with 1/3 cup of the sugar syrup. Strain and store in a bottle or jar. Refrigerate until ready to use.
