  • 1 TBS light butter (2pts)
  • 3 eggs (0)
  • 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 oz SF FF chocolate pudding mix(2pts
  • 1/2 oz SF FF cheesecake pudding mix(2pts)
  • 3 TBS splenda
  • 1 TBS vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Crush up Brownie brittle, melt butter and combine. Press in the bottom of a 6in IP safe pan. Place in freezer for 10 mins. Then, mix eggs, vanilla, and splenda. Next, slowly add pudding mixes. Next, add Greek yogurt and combine until smooth. Place mixture in top on Brownie brittle. Cover with foil and place in IP on top of trivet. Add 1 cup of water to IP. Set to manual for 20 mins. Natural release. I let it cool on countertop for one hour. Then, I cooled in fridge for 3 hours. It was 8 servings at 1 pt each.
