Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 hibiscus tea bags
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (approx 6 lemons)
- 2 1/2 cups still or sparkling water
- Sliced lemons and mint leaves, for garnish

Step 1
Heat 2 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups sugar in a saucepan on high heat just until water boils and sugar fully dissolves. Remove from heat.
Steep hibiscus tea bags and mint leaves in the hot sugar water mixture for 10 minutes.
Strain out the mint leaves, remove tea bags. Add tea to a pitcher with lemon juice and 2 1/2 cups still or sparkling water. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon wheels and mint leaves. Refrigerate any leftovers.
