Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • ====================================
  • FILLING:
  • 3 cups marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 16 oz pkg. frozen strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST:
Mix together all ingredients for crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool

FILLING:

Melt marshmallows in milk. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and spread over cooled crust. Chill.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Immediately stir in frozen strawberries. Chill until slightly thickened. Carefully layer over marshmallows. Chill.
