- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasonings
- 2-8 ounce crescent rolls
- 1 can refried beans
- 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese or mexican cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In the skillet, brown beef and drain it. Add taco seasoning plus 1 cup water.
Place unrolled crescent rolls into rectangles in a 11x16-1/2 inch jelly roll cookie sheet.
Press dough on to bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust.
Bake for 11-13 minutes.
Microwave the beans for 1 minute and spread over crust. Add cooked beef mixture to the top and sprinkle with cheese and tomates, black olives and green onion.
Bake for 3-6 minutes and serve hot.
