Sweet Chex Mix

Ingredients

• 6 heaping cups Chex cereal
• 3 cups pretzels
• 2 cups Cheerios
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 4 tablespoons Karo syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

In microwave safe bowl, melt butter, brown sugar, and Karo syrup for 2 minutes. Stir and add 1/2 tsp baking soda. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir.

In separate microwave safe bowl, put all dry ingredients in. Pour hot melted mixture all over dry ingredients. Stir. Put bowl in microwave for one minute and then stir. Repeat 2 more times.

Spread hot mixture on wax paper. Cool. Put in air right container.
