Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked bowtie pasta
- 1 -15 oz can chickpeas
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup red onion, julienned
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minsed
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta then set aside in a large bowl. Add chickpeas, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, red onion and parsley.
In a measuring cup place olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Whisk until mixed well then drizzle over salad. Serve cold!
