Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled and 1/2" diced
- 1/4 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup papaya, diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp finely diced fresh jalapenos
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour for flavors to meld. Serve with your choice of fish (recommend swordfish, mahi mahi or salmon).
