Ingredients
- 4 - 1 " Thick Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops
- Kraft Stove Top, Pork or Sage, Cooked per Instructions. Allow to Cool
- Dijon Mustard
- S & P
- EVOO
- Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cut a Horizontal Slit 3/4 Across, Add Cooked/Cooled Stuffing. Fill & Pack Tight. Seal with Toothpicks.
Lightly S & P, Coat Both Sides of Chops with Dijon, Be generous.
Oven Proof Skillet, Med/High Heat with EVOO & Butter, Add Chops, Brown Both Sides. 3-5 Mins. Each.
350F Oven, Add 1/4 Cup of Water to Skillet, Bake 30-40 Mins. Until 160F.
Let Rest 5 Mins., Serve Hot.
Baked Apples with Cinnamon as Side.
