Ingredients
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt

- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil (5–10 leaves)
- 1 Cup salted butter
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil

This savory butter is delicious on vegetables, fish and meats.
1.Place salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil in a food processor. Pulse until herbs are finely ground and there are no visible specks of pepper (30-60 seconds total).
2.Add butter and canola oil, blending until smooth.
3.Scrape into a container with a snap top and refrigerate up to 1 month.
