Ingredients

  • 18 large uncooked shrimp, about 1/2lb
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp uncooked shallot(s), minced
  • 1 Tbsp dill, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ⁄8 tsp table salt, or to taste
  • 1 ⁄8 tsp black pepper, or to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring water to simmer. Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute or until shrimp turn pink. Drain and let cool.
Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with shrimp in a bowl. Yields 3 shrimp per serving.
