Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and mashed
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 3 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- lettuce
- bread

Step 1
In a bowl, mash chickpeas then add onion, red pepper, mayo & mustard. Add all the seasoning and mix well. Place on toasted bread with lettuce to make chickpea salad sandwich!
