Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef, cut in small cubes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • Carrots and potatoes (she doesn't say - but I would think 3-4 carrots and 3-4 potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut beef in small cubes
Dredge in seasoned flour, and brown in 3-4 tbls oil
Add chopped onions and cook until tender - stirring so mean and onions don't stick
Add 2 cups water and stir thoroughly
Cover and simmer until meat is almost cooked.
Add Carrots and potatoes
Continue cooking
Add Salt and pepper and tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce if desired.
