Ingredients

  • Fry up meat mixture:
  • 1 lb. roll of sausage- Browned
  • 1 TBS Garlic
  • 1 bag of Cabbage with carrots
  • 1 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 3 Chopped Scallions
  • A little Sesame Oil
  • Egg Roll Wraps/Wing Hing Wraps:
  • Egg white wash for egg rolls
  • 3 Crisco (blue wrapped)- Melted for deep fat frying
  • The Sweet and Sour Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 tbs Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • Heat all together in sauce pan.

Preparation

Step 1

Fry and add in order. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
Spoon filling on wrap. Fold over 1/3 on meat mixture. Then fold in ends and continue rolling. Seal with egg white wash. Drop in hot crisco oil for 4 mins.
