  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper (I use a jarred pepper)
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
