Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 1 cup river rice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsps butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsps vanilla
- cinnamon to garnish

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 40mins
Preparation
Step 1
1) Mix first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil for 35 minutes
2) Beat vanilla, egg and water until foamy.
3) Mix all together
Pour into casserole dish. (rice should be tender)
