Cheese Filled Cinnamon Buns

Ingredients

• Dough:
• 2 3/4 cups Flour
• 2 Tbsp Sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 1/4 cups Milk
• 6 Tbsp Oil
• Cinnamon Filling:
• 3/4 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp Oil
• Cheese Filling:
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• Glaze:
• 1/2 cup Confectioner's Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Sugar
• 1 tsp Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the dough.
Roll out into a rectangle.
Spread with filling mixture.
Roll up jelly-roll style.
Slice and place in a muffin tin.
Make an indentation in the roll and fill with cheese mixture.
