Ingredients
- 1 c walnuts
- 8 oz creminis
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/2 t cumin
- onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- S&P
- 1 T tomato paste
- 1 c black beans
- 3 T grated beets
- 1 c cooked brown rice
- 1 T mayo
- 1 t Worscheshire
- 1 t liquid smoke
- 1/2 c gluten (or maybe try chickpea flour)

Preparation
Step 1
Cooked finely chopped nuts and mushrooms. Cooke, add soy and cumin. Cook onion, garlic, S&P and paste. Add in pureed black beans. Mix all together with beets, rice, mayo, Worcestershire and smoke. Mix in gluten (or other binder). Form patties and cook.
