Ingredients
- 1 lb penne
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (28 oz) San marzano crushed
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vodka
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 sausages, cooked and chopped or ground

Step 1
-cook pasta
-in a large skillet, heat oil over moderate heat. either cook ground sausage or put in cooked sausage chunks and let marinate in the oil for a minute. add garlic and red pepper and cook stirring until garlic is golden brown
-add tomato’s and salt, bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
– add vodka and cream, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add pasta, toss for 1 minute. Stir in fresh parsley and basil, serve.
