APPLE CIDER VINAIGRETTE

Got this recipe from Debra Duncan. She made a Kale Salad with this dressing... I don't like Kale .. but this is really good dressing

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 tsp salt and black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together and refrigerate one hour before pouring over salad
