Ingredients
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 3 cups water
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno slices, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ancho chili powder
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onions
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer, stirring ocasionally. Transfer to a container and refrigerate overnight before using.
Notes
This hot sauce needs to rest overnight, to allow the flavors to combine.
