  • 12 oz ravioli
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 3/4 cup mil
  • 2 oz parm cheese
  • 2 oz edam cheese
  • 2 oz gruyere cheese
  • 2 oz fontina cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped italian parsley
  • ancho chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

cook pasta
melt butter and stir in flour cook 2 minutes stirring occasionally
gradually add milk till blended
bring milk to a boil slowly, stir till thickened
grate cheeses and add to sauce
stir till just beginning to melt and remove from heat
drain pasta and pour sauce over
top with herbs
