Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Cake layer:
• 6 tbsp
• 1/3 sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1 c almond flour
• 1/4 c coconut flour
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 c almond milk
• Cream cheese:
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp
• Streusel:
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 c almond
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

2. Cream the butter and sugar in mid bowl until smooth

3. Add eggs one at a time

4. Add. Vanilla,

5. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, add to wet ingredients blend.

6. Grease pan, add wet, add1 1/2 blueberries

7. Add cream cheese mixture cook for 30 min
