Broccoli Cakes

Having a hard time getting the kiddos to eat broccoli? Try these simple and delicious broccoli cakes made with cheddar cheese, eggs, and Italian breadcrumbs. Kids love em'!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package of Birdseye frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained of liquid (I used fresh steamed broccoli)
  • 1 1/2 cup Kraft cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 Eggland’s Best eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

With your hands, form small patties and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes, turning the patties after the first 15 minutes.
