Ingredients

  • 1 bag 1 bag of 24 oz frozen Bertolli goulash (see above desc)
  • 1 can 1 can whole peeled tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Using covered glass casserole dish -

Put in 1 bag Bertolli frozen goulash

Remove as much of the red and yellow pepper chunks and Onions as feasible

Add 1 can of whole , drained and quartered tomatoes

Add 1/2 of drained juice back into bowl

Reserve remaining 1/2 of juice for Marj

Cover and microwave on high for 7 mins at 1000 watts (High)

Stir and replace cover. Continue cooking on high for another 8 mins.

For Bruce - reheat bowl for 1 min

For Marj, add in extra juice and reheat for 2 minutes

Serve with white bread or rolls.
