Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 6 large eggs
- 5 cups flour
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons plus -1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup shortening
- 3 teaspoons almond extract
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 3-3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup warm whole milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs on high speed until light and foamy. set aside. In large bowl,combine flour, confectioners sugar and baking powder. beat at low speed shortening and extracts until it resembles fine crumbs. Gradually beat in eggs.
Roll in 1-inch balls. Place apart 2 inches on ungreased cookie shets. Bake 350 for 12-14 minutes.
Make icing. Remove cookies from oven and dip in icing and sprinkles. Put on wire racks to cool.
