Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks; place in a shallow 2 qt. baking pan. Pour butter over and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
