Ingredients
- 2 cans of whole baby beets
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup beet juice
- cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Drain the beets and set aside 1/2 cup beet juice.
Boil beet juice, sugar, cloves and vinegar. Once the liquid comes to a boil add the drained beets to keep warm.
Transfer to a jar and add the liquid to cover up the beets. Let sit for 3 days in the fridge.
