Ingredients

  • 4 medium eggs or 3 large eggs
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add a dash of salt, 1 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour. Mix together.

Add egg yolks & beat well. Add 1 stick of melted & cooled margarine and mix well.

Add 2 cups of milk and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Mix well. Fold in egg whites.
Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
