Ingredients
- 3 T rice vinegar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 T minced ginger
- 1 t mustard
- 1 T dark sesame oil
- 1 1/4 lb flank steak
- 8 C watercress
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 C shredded carrots
- 2 ribs of celery, sliced on the diagonal
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1 T toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 t salt

Step 1
In small bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger & mustard. Whisk while adding oil.
Marinate steak in 3 T of dressing for 15 min.
Grill steak 3-5 min per side, turning once.
Combine watercress, red pepper, carrots, scallions & celery in large bowl. Thinly slice steak & add to salad. Toss with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & salt & gently toss again.
