- 1 (4- to 6-pound) beef tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade
- 1 tablespoon cracked pepper
- Party rolls (optional)
- Horseradish sauce (optional)
- Purple kale
- Parsley
- Orange slices
- Cherry tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag. Pour marinade in bag, and seal. Place plastic bag in a shallow pan, and refrigerate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain meat, discarding marinade; sprinkle with pepper. Place meat on a gas grill on high heat with lid closed 3 minutes; turn tenderloin, and cook 3 additional minutes. Reduce heat to low, and cook an additional 12 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 140 degree (rare). Chill several hours or overnight before slicing.
