  • 2 . Lbs. Chicken livers
  • 1 large or 2 medium onions sliced approx. 1/8 inch thick
  • 5 hard boiled eggs

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°f. Mix the liver (and its juices) with tile sliced onions. Place in a poll lined baking dish and cover. Bake 45 min to I hr until liver is done, but be careful not to over cook. Allow to cool. Using a meat grinder or food processor, grind together the livers, onions, and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Use a small amount of the liquid from the baking dish if some moisture is required to obtain a light spreading consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
