Ingredients

  • 2 c. Cooked chicken, chopped
  • 3 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 t. Cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pie crust top and bottom crust for 9-in, pie

Preparation

Step 1

Put chopped chicken, sliced eggs, salt and pepper into bottom crust. Mix cornstarch and broth to make thin gravy and pour onto mixture. Put top crust on and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Use the remaining broth for thin gravy if desired.
