Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. stir over medium heat till all lumps are out of the cinnamon. Add pecans and stir till all coated. Spread on a cookie sheet lined with release foil or parchment paper. Bake 300F oven approx 15 mins, till crispy. Cool and place in an airtight container.
