Coffee Cake Recipe

Yummy but watch those calories!

Ingredients

• Cake Mix Ingredients:
• 1 box yellow butter cake mix
• 1 small box vanilla pudding
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 T butter flavoring
• Swirl ingredients:
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup pecans, opt
• Icing:
• 1 cup confectionary sugar
• 1 tsp butter flavoring
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 T milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix ingredients just as if you were making cake(1 minute to blend ingredients and 2 minutes medium speed). Pour cake mix into 9 x 13 or larger glass casserole dish.

In a small bowl,mix sugars and pecans.
Swirl in cake batter with knife.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cool.

Mix icing ingredients by hand and pour ovver warm cake.
