Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 300F. Line jelly roll pan with release foil or parchment.
2. Mix egg white and pecans in bowl till coated. Stir Splenda and either cardamom or cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans. Stir till pecans are completely coated. Spread pecans in a single layer in pan. Bake about 30 mins or until toasted. Cool completely or serve slightly warm.
3. Note to myself: You DO have Cardamom! It is in the cabinet next to the fridge. Use Cardamom instead of cinnamon if also making Splendid Pecans
