Ingredients
- 1 3/4 A/P flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 t grated orange peel
- 3 T butter cut into pieces
- 3/4 Cup Skim milk
- Filling
- 2 pints fresh stawberries, sliced
- 1 T orange juice
- 1 T sugar
- Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 450
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the orange peel. Using a pastry lender cut the butter into the flour mixture until a coars crumb forms. Quickly stir in the milk until a soft dough forms.
On a lighly floured surface roll out dough to 1/2" thickness. Using 2.5" biscuit cutter, cut out biscuits. Gather trimmings, re-roll and cut out more placing on the baking sheet. Bake until bolden, about 12 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.
In a large bowl combine stawberries, orange juice and sugar, mix well.
Split biscuits in half, top each bottom with berry mixture and whipping cream, top and garnish.
