Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add nuts tossing to coat, In a small bowl combine sugar and spices. Toss with nuts to coat.

2. Spread nuts on release foil in a single layer. Bake in 250F oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container.
