Ingredients
- 16 oz Dreamfields elbow macaroni
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs parsley, chopped
- 2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbs butter
- 1 1/2 cup Fontina cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta as directed. Drain. Heat oil in large skillet over Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic and parsley for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream, water and seasoning. Cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan with butter. Toss pasta and sauce together. Add Fontina and cheddar and stir until blended. Pour into prepared baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6, 5 digestible carbs per serving.
