Ingredients

  • 1 lb halibut
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1/3 cup of white wine
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a pan heat vegetable oil on medium high heat. Increase heat to high and add halibut. Cook until just lightly brown. Flip and add remaining ingredients. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove fish and reduce sauce. When serving pour sauce over portioned fish.
