Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat broiler and broiler pan. To make Gyros, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape meat into 4 patties. Broil about 4 inches from heat, turning once about 6 mins for medium rare.

2. Combine all ingredients for sauce in a bowl. Spoon sauce over patties.
