Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed, peeled fresh pineapple
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 lb snapper fillets, cut into 8 serving pieces

Step 1
For salsa, toss together pineapple, peppers onion, and cilantro. Cover and chill. Whisk together lime juice and oil. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grease grill rack. Grill snapper 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork, brushing often with lime juice mixture and turning fish once. Serve fish with salsa.
